Documentation and Reporting – Helping you understand MOE reporting expectations, and then developing processes and templates for your services to ensure you can meet these requirements. Developing processes and reporting templates that KISS between management and Board/Directors so information is communicated aligned to key indicators.

Building a Relationship with the Bank – Helping you to understand what banks are looking for when they want to review your financial situation or if you are requiring finance.

English not your first language ? (ESOL) – We are experienced at helping you understand what’s required, change practices to meet NZ legislation and requirements, develop and grow leadership skills, and strengthen your special character. We can work with your team and MOE to make good things happen with a sense of humour.

Time management – Priority setting, clarity and time management a struggle? We have quick and easy techniques to use to assist action and goals to be achieved.
