I came to meet Susi through our accountancy firm in February 2015. We were discussing areas in which I needed support with, as early childhood is complex in many facets. Two years ago I set up a new farm based eco centre with the outlook of employing nine teachers. This quickly grew to a staff of twenty, followed by all of the added challenges that went with a full roll and large waiting list to manage.

During this time of growth and expansion, I found myself struggling with the balance that was required between my teaching commitments and what was needed to organise and lead a large team.
