Susi Shaw has been engaged with Ka Poipoia Tairawhiti since May 2014. Her professional advice and support has been an absolute godsend to our organisation. We have tightened our processes, policies, and reshaped the whole service as a consequence of Susi's advice. She has always been available via phone or email, and our kanohi-ki-te-kanohi meetings are very fruitful for me, as someone who has inherited the role of License-Holder and having no previous ECE experience.
