It is great to know the 1988 Education Act is going to have a revamp after 30 years. Minister Hekia Parata announced this review in early November and the consultation period is short. 

This is your chance to have an input into the process so I encourage you to put aside some time to write a short submission or attend the meeting that your local MOE regional people have organised.
