I have a passion to ensure that young children receive good quality early childhood educational opportunities in any environment or circumstance. All children deserve good early childhood education.

I understand that management and governance may be hindering curriculum and children’s education from flourishing for a variety of reasons.

I can provide you with practical proven strategies to build the capability and capacity of your service, improving the on-going viability, and help you to reduce your problem areas and lift your bottom line.

I am an independent early childhood professional with a broad range of experience over twenty five plus years including:

• Registered Early Childhood Teacher with current practicing certificate.
• Knowledge and experience to support management and governance through dilemmas to provide solutions.
• 20+ years experience with Ministry of Education Contracts
• Culturally aware with extensive experience working with Maori and Pasifika services
• MOE approval for SELO contracts
• Proven success in a variety of situations and diverse environments.

I will work with you to:

• Improve the surplus in your early childhood service.
• Help your centre or homebased service run more smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure your children get the best possible learning environment.
• Provide guidance in dealing with employee issues.
• Improve governance or structural organisation and management.
• Provide leadership, professional development or mentoring.
• Work collaboratively with the governance group and/or centre management to be the best you can be.
